“I follow my intuition to call out what's hiding underneath your words.”

I already know that there is a dynamic world of possibility inside of you, and have extraordinary belief in what you are capable of. I’ve led teams of people to do incredible things by creating meaningful and heart centered connections. Through this approach I’ve helped to transform struggling teams, and inspired individuals to take leaps of courage that they never would have dreamed for themselves.

I follow my intuition to call out what's hiding underneath your words. Together, we’ll uncover new perspectives, identify your greatest desires and create a plan to go after what you want.

My style is playful and you’ll find you’re engaging with old thoughts and emotions in completely new ways. I don’t believe there’s a map for how to live, so we’ll use the GPS that feels authentic to you.

38, and not so great.

I turned 38 and it was as if life packed me up and put me in a car that took me straight to Florida. Don’t get me wrong, Florida’s alright, but I never actually WANT to go there.

I was at the pinnacle of my career—a Talent Executive in the education sector. After spending 20 professional years in this space, I became an expert in staffing schools, training teachers and leaders, and having painfully difficult conversations. I woke up every morning exhausted, grumpy and uninspired.

What happened to the creative, curious and vulnerable person I had been as a kid?

My life had taken a major detour.

If a car is my metaphor for life, I was driving a Volvo. I had been relying on the map I was assigned at an early age, and generally it was a smooth journey. The problem was that I arrived at this particular destination, and realized that I was driving the wrong car! I was desperate for a new ride.

My new ride came in the form of a running team. At the lowest point of my unhappiness I received an email to join the ‘Soul Runners’. My intuition kicked in, and for some magical reason, I said “yes”.

You have to understand, I had never run in my life. I spent most of my high school gym classes hiding in the locker room singing songs from the RENT soundtrack. I was amazed that by the end of my season I had made new friends and had a half marathon medal hung around my neck.

Running was my gateway drug to trying new things. It breathed a life into me that I thought had been long abandoned to my childhood. Remember that childhood feeling of staying up all night filled with excitement daydreaming about what was next? I craved that feeling of excitement, wonder, and curiosity.

I followed that feeling and I found a coach who helped me harness a very simple concept - When you want something, Say Yes. She helped me define what I wanted, summon the courage to go after it, and then make it all happen.

She also asked me when I was going to cut the crap and just become a coach already...She shone a light on my truth, I said YES, and so here we are!

Let's write your story.

In the driver's seat

Early in my adult life I got into the safe and predictable car because I thought that was what I was supposed to do. Once I realized that I longed for the souped-up roadster with hydraulics and a pair of fuzzy dice on the rear view, the rest is history.

Nowadays, you can find me getting curious about and doing a million things! I am a writer, artist, storyteller, yogi, traveler, consumer of TED Talks, coach and talent consultant. If you’re curious about my humorous and very real take on parenthood, you can read my blog here.

I have a Bachelors in Theater, a Masters in Teaching and I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as awarded by the IFC. I use ALL of my training to support you to define and get into your next ride.

What’s next for you?

Let’s play. There is a world of possibility inside of you, and I can’t wait to see who you become.
